Domestic Assault, Domestic Disorderly Conduct: Dismissed

Client gets arrested by Middletown Police for Domestic Assault and Domestic Disorderly Conduct.  If convicted, client could face up to a year in jail, be required to pay for and complete domestic violence classes, and have no contact with the complaining witness. Police were called to the complaining witness’ home for report of a disturbance. When police arrive they learn from two witnesses that client had punched one witness and threatened to run the other witness over with his truck, before leaving the house. Client is subsequently arrested for the above offenses. Rhode Island domestic violence lawyer Noah Kilroy gets both charges dismissed against client!
