Rhode Island Criminal Defense Attorney Noah Kilroy was hired to represent a Providence man who was convicted of murdering a Roger Williams Park Ranger and shooting a Providence Police officer and sentenced to 100 years in prison.
In anticipation of client’s parole hearing, Attorney Kilroy prepared a robust parole package, inclusive of various letters of support and certificates of achievement attributed to client, for the Parole Board’s consideration.
